KADC’s legislative committee is charged with monitoring legislation of interest to the members of KADC and assisting in alerting and activating the membership as necessary to support or oppose bills presented to the Kansas Legislature that would affect the members’ practices. This committee will report to the KADC board of directors, who will authorize the endorsement of any proactive legislative activity.
