Each week KADC sends an email to members including hyperlinks to published Kansas Court of Appeals and Supreme Court Decisions that have been issued for that week.

Additionally, copies of unpublished opinions for that week are scanned and posted to the KADC website for member use.  If you need a copy of a previously posted opinion contact the KADC office and ask that it be faxed to you.  Please reference the docket number.
