KADC membership is open to
individuals who:

| If you meet the above criteria and would like to apply for
membership, you may submit an
APPLICATION
on-line or print an APPLICATION. Your dues should be remitted separately by mail to the KADC
address on the right. |

There are
three Dues categories:
|

For members who have been admitted to
the Bar five years or more, annual
dues are $175 per year.

For members who have
been admitted to the Bar less than five years, annual dues are $85 per year.
-
For members who Government
attorneys, annual dues are $85 per year.

Being a member of KADC allows you to take
advantage of benefits such as:

legal education.

Legislative
updates during the session.

A
quarterly newsletter to keep you abreast of legal changes and events in
Kansas.

Amicus
Briefs.

Weekly
emails with hotlinks to Supreme Court and Court of Appeals published
opinions; and future dockets.

Weekly posting
on the KADC website of unpublished Supreme Court
and Court of Appeals opinions. You will need a logon and password to get into the opinions.
